We have a multilingual, multicultural team, led by our Founder and Managing Director, Amit Dhume. Amit has over 15 years’ legal practice experience in the areas of investment funds, corporate law, M&A, and family offices.  He is enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore; as a Solicitor in England and Wales; and as an Advocate in India. He holds the Master of Laws (Corporate and Financial Services Law) degree from National University of Singapore, Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) degree from Singapore Management University, and Bachelor of General Laws and LLB (Hons) degrees from VMS College of Law. Amit's expertise has been recognised in various publications, including the Chambers Asia-Pacific, Asialaw Profiles, and Legal 500 Asia Pacific, as a notable practitioner and recommended lawyer.
